SPAM® with bacon is thinly sliced, coated in brown sugar, black pepper, and baked in the oven. This recipe makes a great side for breakfast or brunch but can also be crumbled and used as a topping. Pairing possibilities are nearly endless.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step: 2

Mix dark brown sugar and pepper together in a shallow bowl.

Step: 3

Coat both sides of luncheon meat slices with brown sugar mixture; arrange in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet.

Step: 4

Bake in the preheated oven, turning halfway, until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
