Dutch recipe for bread with cinnamon. You can take the crusts off, but you don’t have to. Enjoy, or in Dutch: eet smakelijk!

Step: 1

In a large bowl, combine milk, egg, cinnamon and sugar. Soak bread in the egg mixture.

Step: 2

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Cook until bread slices are golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with brown sugar and serve hot.
