Delicious and easy, this is a fabulous mix of berries and yogurt! If you like, you can make a thin layer of graham crackers or granola in each vanilla/berry layer. That gives it a little more crunch.

Eat good breakfast to start the day has become a fabulous habit. It’s a fabolous way to start my 24 hours off healthfully. The sweet hit from the fruit wakes me up and bring me energy to take on the morning. Sugar is more vilified as the evil of all disease, but sweetness is also loaded with fibre, which is great for your digestive system and make keep you feel full all day , and less likely grab a snack out of the street food before break .

Making fruit a morning habit is simple . Easy as put the sweetness in your fridge next to the milk or on the bench next to your grain bowl , or move your coffee maker or tea kettle — somewhere where you’ll find it. Before you eat the rest of your breakfast , eat your fruit. If you’re not normally a breakfast person.
