The Drink by Will

My green savory drink.

I couldn’t find a recipe that I liked online, so I made my own. I use a Vitamix® 7500 and crank it up to 7 or 8 for 35 to 45 seconds and it’s smooth and drinkable. I blend rather than juice because I can’t rationalize throwing out fruit/vegetable pulp. Throw one of these back every day and feel the power!

Let me know what you think.

Eat best breakfast to continue the day has become a good habit. It’s a great way to start my 24 hours off healthfully. The sweet hit from the pickle tree wakes me up and gives me power to make on the morning. Sugar is often vilified as the evil of all disease, but sweetness is also loaded with fibre, which is best for your digestive system and helps keep you feel full all day , and not want likely grab a snack out of the street food before break .

Make fruit a morning habit is simple . Easy as put the sweetness in your fridge next to the sweet drink or on the table next to your cereal bowl , or move your coffee maker or tea kettle — somewhere where you’ll find it. Before you eating the rest of your breakfast , eat your fruit. If you’re not normally a breakfast person.

Give your body a bit of sugar in the morning is good to move your metabolism for the day and insert important element to your brain, which, incidentally, requires a continuous supply of sweetness in the way of process glucose, amounting to around 120g daily. There is also substantial evidence to backup the idea that a diet high in fibre can reduce your risk of a number of cancers. And of course, you benefit from all the other supplement and antioxidants in fruit, which keep you strong and healthy.
