Scrambled Eggs and Shrimp

Share on:

I made this on a whim. I just had these things on hand. This is a wonderful combination of eggs, cocktail sauce, and shrimp. It is an interesting mixture of tastes that you wouldn’t think would go together, but they do. This goes together very quickly, if you have everything ready to go. This sauce becomes sweet when you cook it. Also I made my own cocktail sauce, but you could use a pre-made sauce. You can cook the eggs in butter instead of oil if desired. Garnish with lemon and parsley.

Eating good breakfast to continue the day had become a fabulous habit. It’s a fabolous way to start my day off healthfully. The sweet hit from the pickle tree wakes me up and gives me energy to take on the morning. Sugar is more vilified as the evil of all disease, but sweetness is also loaded with fibre, which is best for your stomach system and make keep you feeling full longer, and less likely grab a snack out of the street food before lunchtime.

Making fruit a morning habit is simple . Easy as put the fruit in your fridge next to the sweet drink or on the table next to your cereal bowl , or move your coffee maker or tea kettle — somewhere where you’ll see it. Before you eat the rest of your breakfast , eat your fruit. If you’re not normally a breakfast person.
