Mason Jar Eggs

Mason jar eggs are the perfect on-the-go protein packed breakfast! These make ahead eggs are super easy, store fresh in the fridge for days, and are completely customizable to your taste buds. Store in the refrigerator with a lid.

Step: 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step: 2

Combine eggs, egg whites, and Greek yogurt in a bowl; beat by hand until thick and fluffy.

Step: 3

Spray cooking spray inside of canning jars. Layer sausage, bell pepper, and spinach into the 2 jars. Pour egg mixture evenly into each jar; fill to 3/4 full to allow room to rise. Place jars onto a small baking sheet.

Step: 4

Bake in the preheated oven until eggs are firm, 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven; cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Eating healthy breakfast to start the day had become a good habit. It’s a great way to start my day off healthfully. Easy as put the fruit in your fridge next to the sweet drink or on the bench next to your cereal pan , or move your coffee maker or tea kettle — about anywhere where you’ll find it.
