Step: 1

In a bowl, mash the cream cheese with beaten eggs, about 1 teaspoon at a time at first, until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Beat in the cinnamon and sugar-free syrup.

Step: 2

Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. When the butter has stopped foaming, reduce heat to medium-low, and pour in several tablespoons of the batter. Swirl to coat the bottom of the skillet. Allow to cook until set, about 4 minutes on the first side; flip the crepe with a spatula and cook the other side until the crepe shows small browned spots, 1 to 2 more minutes.

Eat best breakfast to start the day has become a good habit. It’s a great way to start my 24 hours off healthfully. The sweet hit from the fruit wakes me up and bring me energy to make on the morning. The sweetness is more vilified as the evil of all disease, but fruit is also loaded with fibre, which is great for your digestive system and helps keep you feel full all day , and less likely grab a snack out of the vending machine before lunchtime.

Making fruit a morning habit is simple . Easy as put the fruit in your fridge next to the milk or on the bench next to your cereal bowl , or beside your coffee maker or tea kettle — about anywhere where you’ll find it. Before you eating the rest of your food , eat your fruit. If you’re not usually a breakfast person.
