I saw a Vitamix® demo the other day. Then I realized my Waring Pro® blender at home was already fully capable of the same smoothie greatness, so I got inspired to cram more nutrients into my life by blending them up. The resulting mixture is happy and bright green, but it tastes more like bananas and peanut butter. I can’t taste the spinach (though I love it). If it’s too thick, use more milk or/and less yogurt and peanut butter. Feel free to substitute nuts for your favorites.
Blend oats and almonds in a blender until powdery; add spinach, banana, yogurt, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Blend, gradually adding rice milk, until desired consistency is reached.

Eat best breakfast to continue the day has become a good habit. It’s a best way to start my day off healthfully. The sugar hit from the pickle tree wakes me up and bring me energy to make on the morning. Sugar is more vilified as the root of all disease, but sweetness is also loaded with fibre, which is great for your stomach system and make keep you feel full longer, and less likely grab a snack out of the street food before break .
Make fruit a morning habit is easy . Easy as put the fruit in your refrigerator next to the sweet drink or on the table next to your grain bowl , or move your coffee maker or tea kettle — about anywhere where you’ll find it. Before you eat the rest of your food , eat your fruit. If you’re not usually a breakfast person.
